The Swyx integration into Microsoft® Outlook offers even more options. See the availability of an Outlook contact instantly in a message or an appointment. Depending on the displayed presence status, the decision on how to further contact the person is really easy which saves a lot of time. Additionally, the presence status of the respective user is available for you in all Microsoft® Office products.
A separate voicemail system with extensive options is available for each user of the business telephone system. Voicemails can either be accessed conveniently via phone or sent via email attachment. With Swyx's VoIP software each user can individually configure his own personal voice mail, as well as choose and record different announcements for specific call handling scenarios. You can for example greet important customers with individual messages.
The Web-RTC based collaboration solution Swyx Meeting offers practical IP telephony functions such as video telephony, instant messaging, screen and document sharing. As well as the events, call-related variables can also be used to create specific web applications, which can then be accessed by URL.
