When dealing with Support Cases the Enreach Support might need to access a machine (Server, Gateway, Client) remotely.
To do this we provide you with a Remote Access Application that connects via WWW (HTTP Port 80).
After being asked by the Enreach Support please start this Remote Access Application using the following links:

You will now be asked for a Session ID which you will get from us by telephone.
