Swyx Technology Alliance Program
The Swyx Technology Alliance Program (TAP) supports third party manufacturers in the development and marketing of innovative add-on products around Swyx to extend the range of solutions. The TAP enables interested technology partners to open up additional customer potential and offer innovative solutions on the basis of open interfaces, standards and protocols.
The certification levels for the products
All add-on solutions pass through a certification process before being included in the Swyx TAP, which verifies the interoperability between third party products and Swyx. There are two levels of certification:
A third party product of the Swyx certified level undergoes a test procedure controlled by the Swyx TAP. Together with you as a TAP partner, the interoperability of the product and the Swyx solution will be tested. This test procedure is also repeated for product updates. Swyx also supports you with end customer support. With Swyx certified you are completely supplied.
A third party product in the self-tested category is tested for interoperability by you as a TAP partner. The test results are then evaluated by the Swyx TAP. You will be responsible for end customer support on your own initiative.
