HOLACRACY INSTEAD OF HIERACHY
With its Holacracy organizational form, Enreach focuses on more autonomy in the workplace. This means that the previously existing hierarchies have been broken down: Where there used to be fixed job descriptions, we now work with circles and roles that all make their own contribution to the company's purpose.
Employees have real and clear responsibility for their tasks and are allowed to make their own decisions within their domains without waiting long for feedback "from above".

There is no dress code at our company. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and do not disguise yourself.
On your first day, we will welcome you in our office building. There you will set up your laptop and your workstation together with our IT department. Your manager will also be on site on this day and give you a first short introduction to your daily work routine. After that, we will try to flexibly arrange the days according to your needs and together we will decide whether it makes sense to train you on site or already in the home office.
We offer you flexible working hours, which are based on trust-based working hours. However, we are all available to each other for a few hours a day. At Enreach, we assume that our employees can organize themselves best, know at what times of the day they can work productively, and that they would like to adjust their working hours to their private life.
