With its Holacracy organizational form, Enreach focuses on more autonomy in the workplace. This means that the previously existing hierarchies have been broken down: Where there used to be fixed job descriptions, we now work with circles and roles that all make their own contribution to the company's purpose.
Employees have real and clear responsibility for their tasks and are allowed to make their own decisions within their domains without waiting long for feedback "from above".

There is no dress code at our company. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and do not disguise yourself.
From your first day with us, you can take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping the company.
On your first day, we will welcome you in our office building. Your manager will also be on site that day and give you a first brief introduction to your daily work routine.
In the first month, you will also take part in our "Introduction Day", where you will learn about our company values and working methods, and learn more about our history, culture and products.
Over the next few months, you will attend various training sessions and gradually familiarize yourself with your department. Regular feedback meetings with your manager are a matter of course and there are many opportunities to learn from other colleagues at Enreach and to exchange ideas with each other.
We rely on trust-based working hours and assume that our employees are best able to organize themselves, that they know at what times of the day they are productive and that they want to adapt their working hours to their private lives.
Once a week, the teams meet for a team day in the office.
