In addition, Enreach was the highest scoring European-based organisation for innovation. “With its continued focus on adding inventive technology and expertise to the group, Enreach deserves its place as one of the most innovative leaders in the European hosted IP telephony and UCaaS market”, said Elka Popova, Vice President of Research at Frost & Sullivan.

Frost & Sullivan evaluates over 60 providers for its Radar, with only 23 leading companies making the grade this year. Enreach particularly excelled against the five innovation criteria: scalability, research and development, product portfolio, megatrends leverage, and customer alignment.

Enreach now has teams in 24 offices across 10 countries, providing customers and partners with local knowledge and support. The execution of the group’s buy-and-build strategy puts it in a strong position to rapidly add and launch new services and products at scale across Europe. As well as expanding its product portfolio, Enreach is responding to customer requirements and market trends, added Elka Popova. “Its focus on enterprise mobility, including native FMC in many markets, blending of UCaaS with CCaaS, and investment in AI-based technologies are all examples of Enreach’s future-facing approach and growth potential.”

Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach, said, “I’d like to thank everyone within the Enreach family and our valued customers and partners for their contribution to our innovation and continued growth. A high commitment to R&D and unification of the technologies within the group is well underway and is an area of continuous learning and improvement. For example, our group Cloud Contact Center solutions, AI technology, embedded voice and productivity tools are now available in many markets. Enreach has also continued investment in its leading cloud-based OSS/BSS portal for partners throughout the region.”

Stijn Nijhuis continued, “As well as a growth year for the whole IP telephony and UCaaS market, it has once more been one of many integration milestones for us, with much more to achieve. These include rebranding of Centile, HeroBase, Network Telecom, and Swyx as Enreach, and the launch of our Enreach Contact service in UK and France, with more countries to follow. We have also grown thanks to the addition of Benemen, DSD Europe, Go2thecloud.com, OSS Networks, Pace Telecom, and IT and network services from Prewest.”

“We have also extended our integration and offering of products from Microsoft and added other vendor partnerships into our portfolio. So, as we head towards the end of 2021 with continued plans to evolve and develop, our customers and partners can view us as their one-stop-shop for their ICT needs and we thank them all for their continued support.”

news-1067 Mon, 04 Oct 2021 09:29:53 +0200 Swyx rebrands to Enreach German company is brought under the Enreach group brand. Enreach, the fast-growing European unified communications group, reaches another important milestone in its integration strategy by bringing Swyx under the group brand. Based in Dortmund, Germany, the company has been part of Enreach since 2018 and is adopting the group’s name and operating as Enreach since October 1st, 2021. This move expands the Enreach brand into the DACH market and further underpins its leadership position in Europe. The rebranding of Swyx is an important example of Enreach executing its integration strategy and realising synergies, supported by an increasingly unified brand presence across its European markets.

"We’ve grown together as a group, which is why it's time to come together with a unified name under one brand umbrella. With the name Enreach, we are clearly showing who we are: the European brand that enables meaningful human contact. Our solutions are focused on helping businesses work more efficiently and successfully. As Enreach, we support our channel partners in unlocking new growth opportunities by offering a significantly expanded portfolio that combines easy-to-use software with innovative network access and productivity services", said Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus, CEO of Enreach Germany.

"The rebranding from Swyx to Enreach is another important step on our journey to be Europe's UC market leader, enabled by a cohesive vision and scalable growth potential from our integration efforts. Swyx has established itself as a key player with a strong channel partner network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, enabling businesses to transform the way they work, and is well equipped for further growth in this important European region. We are therefore very pleased to continue our success story as a group under one strong name reinforcing our commitment to offer customers and partners a wide range of benefits", said Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach.

User-centric solutions for communication and collaboration
Enreach offers its customers and partners in the DACH region an even broader portfolio of solutions for the digitalisation of communication and collaboration. The current offering covers the entire UC spectrum, including cloud services as well as in-house installations and hybrid models. Chat and voicebots as well as cloud contact center and productivity solutions will also be available to customers in Germany before the end of the year.

Enreach was formed in 2018 with the support of investor Waterland Private Equity from the combination of Swyx with Voiceworks from the Netherlands and France-based Centile Telecom Applications (already rebranded to Enreach for Service Providers). Since then, the group has successfully combined a dynamic buy-and-build strategy with organic growth and the introduction of further value-add solutions to its product portfolio. The rebranding of Swyx is the result of a development during which the individual Enreach companies have grown together forming one integrated group.

Proven Swyx product brand remains
Swyx will be retained as the product brand and name of the proven Swyx products, while the product range will continue to evolve to offer more and more cloud services. In this way, sales partners can continue to use the well-known brand towards their customers. Swyx Partners can find detailed information about the rebranding in Swyx Partner Net.

news-1057 Wed, 25 Aug 2021 10:01:00 +0200 Enreach acquires cloud solutions provider DSD Europe Creating instant converged IT and unified communications channel opportunities whilst enhancing Microsoft capabilities Enreach, one of Europe’s fastest growing unified communications (UC) companies providing innovative contact technology backed by investment company Waterland, further strengthens its cloud productivity credentials with the addition of cloud solutions provider DSD Europe and its sister company CloudLand (‘DSD’). DSD is a high growth provider of IT, security and other cloud products to over 5,000 active resellers across Europe, through its leading cloud marketplace.

The combination of DSD and Enreach unlocks opportunities to cross-sell compatible products and share joint expertise to the benefit of resellers and customers across both businesses. The acquisition is a significant step in Enreach’s growth strategy towards digital transformation services, supported by the accelerated convergence of IT and unified communications in light of remote working and cloud-based collaboration market trends.

One-stop-shop

Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach: "Following the recent acquisition of Go2theCloud, a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider, the acquisition of DSD enhances the opportunity to provide our existing resellers with a one-stop-shop solution for all digital transformation needs their customers have. DSD provides the required scale and expertise we needed to help execute our strategy and quickly scale new business for integrated productivity tools and services. As an established and fast-growing partner of Microsoft and cloud marketplace of software solutions to IT resellers and MSPs across Europe, we immediately identified a unique strategic fit with Enreach. We are therefore very pleased to welcome DSD to our group."

Integrated Productivity offering

Founded in 2009, DSD Europe was the first to enable the digital distribution of many software brands. After launching their in-house developed cloud marketplace DSD has rapidly developed into a leading provider of digital software for IT resellers and MSPs, with a large focus on the Microsoft eco-system.

DSD will enhance the Enreach portfolio towards an integrated UC- and Productivity Cloud Services offering targeted towards Enreach partners, starting in the Netherlands but with significant new channel opportunities in France and Belgium.

The company will continue to be based in the Netherlands. Thijs van de Moosdijk, CEO and co-founder of the company, will continue to look after existing DSD partners and help to drive new growth initiatives going forward in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe alongside his experienced management team, reporting directly to Terry Aurik (CEO Enreach NL) and Martin Classen (Chief Product Officer Enreach).

Van de Moosdijk said: "DSD is an established market player with a strong track record of rapid expansion both in existing and new markets and has a meaningful multi-country presence in Europe. Our own-IP license cloud marketplace through which IT resellers and MSPs can offer software to the end user on a SaaS basis, allows for easy purchase, activation and management of software and cloud services and will help facilitate additional growth for Enreach partners. With the IT and Telco channels converging, becoming part of Enreach creates an opportunity to help our resellers add telco services to their portfolio in an easy way. This results in those resellers becoming the one-stop-shop ICT provider for their customers. With more than 40 software and cloud software providers on our cloud marketplace we offer highly personalised service to our partners with whom we develop strong relationships. Something that matches perfectly with Enreach “working wonders” for all of its customers.”

About DSD

DSD Europe, founded in 2009, is a cloud solutions provider with a presence in multiple European markets and a proprietary (own IPR) cloud marketplace. In recent years DSD expanded its product range to include security, backup and other productivity solutions for corporate end customers. Its headquarters are in the Netherlands, and has 30 full-time employees. DSD is a trendsetter with an innovative cloud marketplace, with proven daily growth – growth in the number of partners, but also growth in the range on offer and the development of the DSD marketplace.

In 2018 the CloudLand brand was launched and is now managed by Lex Fabistas and Thijs van de Moosdijk. Similar to DSD Europe, CloudLand is a cloud solutions provider servicing IT resellers & MSPs in the Benelux with the DSD cloud marketplace. news-1050 Wed, 28 Jul 2021 15:31:00 +0200 Together even better: Swyx version 13 with new Connector for Microsoft Teams is now available With the Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams, the most important telephony functions from Swyx can be integrated directly into the Teams user interface. Dortmund, 12.08.2021 - Swyx has further improved the integration options of its own communications solution with Microsoft Teams: with the new Connector for Microsoft Teams, users who use both solutions can now use the proven telephony functions of Swyx directly from the Microsoft Teams user interface. This means that users can access the most important functions such as the central phone book, call lists and contact favorites particularly quickly, as well as control end devices directly in the Teams client. In addition, a compact Swyx Client is available in the background for the configuration and operation of further convenience functions such as individual forwarding rules using Extended Call Routing (ECR). This increases user-friendliness and now enables users to combine the best of both product worlds even more conveniently.

Optimal interoperability between Microsoft Teams and Swyx is also ensured by the available presence synchronization between the two solutions. For example, if a user is in a Teams meeting, the Swyx Client takes over the status "Busy" or "Do Not Disturb" so that incoming calls can be automatically forwarded.

Benefit from comprehensive telephony features with Swyx

"With the Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams, we provide our partners with convincing arguments for successfully offering our solution - not only to customer groups looking for a complete solution in the area of unified communications and collaboration, but also to companies that rely on Microsoft Teams as an internal collaboration tool for messaging and file exchange, but want to make their external communications efficient and service-oriented at the same time with the Swyx telephony functions," says Marco Crueger, VP Sales at Swyx. The telephony benefits offered by Swyx include integration capabilities with CRM or ERP databases, efficient queue management and flexible support for the full range of endpoints. In addition, customers who rely on Swyx and Microsoft Teams are free to choose call numbers and their preferred SIP trunk provider. No additional hardware is required. "Our solutions can be tailored exactly to a company's needs: They are available from Swyx's own cloud or from partner clouds, and for on-premise installations, in addition to the purchase model, we also offer the option of renting functions on a monthly basis as part of Swyx Flex and running them on a dedicated server. Resellers can thus offer their customers maximum flexibility, also in financial terms," explains Marco Crueger.

In addition to the seamless integration that Swyx offers with version 13, customers can continue to connect the two solutions using a Microsoft-certified Session Border Controller to combine the benefits of Swyx and Microsoft Teams. This option is of particular interest to larger organizations that already have a Microsoft Enterprise license.

In addition, the latest version 13 of the Swyx communications solution offers further improvements and new functions, including for users of the DECT800 solution. For these, there are now new options in the areas of call journal synchronization, search in the global phone book and one-touch provisioning.

Swyx Partners can find more details about version 13 in Swyx Partner Net. The UC provider provides comprehensive information about the combination options of Swyx and Microsoft Teams on its website.

news-1011 Tue, 08 Dec 2020 11:23:00 +0100 Enreach named as a European leader in Unified Communications as a Service Enreach named by Frost & Sullivan as a European leader in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) Enreach, the fast-growing European unified communications group, has been named as one of the market leaders in a new Frost Radar focused on European hosted IP Telephony and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). Enreach scores high on both its innovation and growth dimensions. “With its comprehensive solutions portfolio and considerable growth in the past few years, Enreach has earned a spot among the growth and innovation leaders in the European hosted IP telephony and UCaaS market”, said Elka Popova, Vice President of Research at Frost & Sullivan.

Over 120 companies were evaluated in what Frost & Sullivan has identified as growth markets: “European businesses are rapidly adopting hosted Internet Protocol (IP) telephony and unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) solutions to become more agile and more easily adapt to ever-evolving market conditions.”

“With its flexible, mobile-ready cloud services and partner-friendly approach, Enreach is well positioned to deliver value to businesses of varying size and industry throughout Europe. Committed to continued innovation and growth, Enreach is likely to further evolve its cloud communications solutions and expand its geographic reach to better address evolving customer needs in more European countries,” added Elka Popova.

Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach said, “We are delighted by this recognition of Enreach as one of the top industry players, reflecting all the hard work that has gone into our evolution over the past couple of years. This is through a combination of our buy and build strategy, commitment to an advanced technology roadmap, and rolling out innovative services across Europe. I extend my thanks to our entire community — staff, customers and partners — for their continued support.”

Market growth led by need for flexibility

According to Frost & Sullivan experts, “The COVID-19 epidemic further re-enforced the need for flexibility in technology consumption — in terms of capacity adjustments, as well as delivery of services independent of user location, network and devices. With its mobile-first approach, Enreach is one of the growth and innovation leaders in the European cloud communications and collaboration market offering multiple options — including mobile and wireline, as well as public and private cloud PBX and UCaaS solutions —  in different European countries.”

“The year 2020 has the potential to become a tipping point in cloud services adoption. Cloud calling, meetings and messaging/collaboration solutions are providing a flexible and cost-effective solution to the rapidly-expanded remote workforce, as well as to various organisations seeking ways to maintain employee and customer engagement despite social distancing mandates.

Stijn Nijhuis adds, “As well as being a pivotal year for IP telephony and UCaaS, 2020 has also been one of multiple milestones for Enreach, including the acquisitions of Botsquad and HeroBase, plus the continued development of our technology platform and services, and growth of our pan-European customer and reseller base. Receiving this recognition from Frost & Sullivan is a great end to the year.”

news-1005 Mon, 02 Nov 2020 13:06:00 +0100 Enreach acquires the Dutch company Botsquad Enreach adds advanced conversational AI to its portfolio Enreach, the fast-growing European unified communications group, enhances its product offering with the acquisition of Netherlands-based Botsquad, a pioneer in conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI). This addition brings advanced but accessible chatbot options to Enreach partners and customers across Europe. Botsquad’s technology will be integrated within the Enreach portfolio, with enhancements to the group’s cloud PBX portfolio and contact centre solution. Beyond text-based chat, Enreach — which is backed by investment company Waterland — will invest in further development of Botsquad’s technology to integrate conversational AI into voice services.

Conversational AI being a fast-growing market, Botsquad’s founders have been able to successfully build a track record in delivering omnichannel chatbot solutions to a wide variety of organisations. Through Enreach, this conversational AI experience is now available to the SMB market as a turnkey solution. The Botsquad platform allows partners and customers to rapidly build sophisticated systems with pre-configured components, via an easy-to-use online model, based on the company’s open Bubblescript configuration language.

Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach: “In the conversational AI market, Botsquad has set a high benchmark for performance and usability, and is the perfect fit for our buy-and-build strategy to become market leader in unified communications in Europe. While highly sophisticated, Botsquad’s technology is simple and affordable to implement, and delivers a better user experience than its competitors, as well as being the foundation for the wider potential that voice-AI presents.”

Founded in 2017, the Botsquad team brings 20 years of experience in conversational AI for chat, voice and apps. Botsquad’s state-of-the-art technology provides a solid foundation for conversational applications from smart IVRs to chat-based customer service. Prior to the acquisition, Botsquad and Enreach already worked together to deliver conversational AI to a joint customer.

Anne Bakker, Co-Founder of Botsquad adds: “This acquisition means we are able to work with Enreach to unlock considerable market potential across the whole of Europe, benefitting both existing and new customers within the group. The combination of our advanced conversational AI platform and the go-to-market power of Enreach is a winning combination.”

Voice and more

Enreach will integrate Botsquad’s chat technology into its existing cloud PBX and cloud contact centre products, instantly giving customers easy access to advanced, flexible chatbot options. As a next step, the Botsquad and Enreach development teams will collaborate on additional voice-AI capabilities that will create further opportunities for Enreach partners and customers. For instance, traditional digit-based IVR systems can be upgraded so that customers can have far more realistic and flexible conversations, rather than pressing numbers, or being restricted to limited voice response options. Other examples of conversational voice AI benefits include: better after-agent quality surveys, intelligent voicemail and auto-attendance, and voice-based booking solutions. Integration of advanced conversational AI across the Enreach portfolio will also open up wider opportunities in vertical markets, such as healthcare, retail, transportation and travel.

About Botsquad

Conversational AI is the next step for companies to communicate with tomorrow's customers. Enabling customers to engage anytime and everywhere, without delays, in the most convenient way possible, translating user dialogs into real actions. This is why Botsquad is dedicated to creating the best conversational experiences for customers. Its mission is to bring companies and their customers closer together to get more value out of their customer relations. The company contributes to that mission by providing the best possible platform for building and hosting next generation chatbots: Conversational Apps. Botsquad was founded in 2017 and is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

news-999 Wed, 09 Sep 2020 12:48:00 +0200 Cloud PBX integration for the UK market Enreach hits another milestone in group’s technology strategy Roll-out within the group of cloud-hosted telephony, video meetings and OSS/BSS solution

Enreach, the fast-growing European unified communications group, has announced the latest steps in its integration strategy, with delivery of the group’s hosted cloud telephony and collaboration solution to UK-based Network Telecom, part of Enreach. This follows roll-out of both its OSS/BSS and online meetings solutions within the group. Coming soon is integration of comprehensive cloud contact centre technology.

Enreach’s acquisition strategy has two dimensions: one, to expand its geographic footprint and launch existing products and services; and two, to acquire best-in-class products and technologies, integrate and enhance them, and then roll out across countries covered by the group. This approach gives end users fast access to new developments, through Enreach’s ability to rapidly integrate, scale and provide new features, products and services. For channel and service providers partners, a single Enreach platform is designed to make cross-and-upselling easier, as well as to approach new market segments.

Hosted cloud telephony

Network Telecom’s hosted cloud telephony solution (based on Enreach technology) gives customers access to all their business communications anytime, anywhere and across any device, with simple log-in from the app or any browser. Like all Enreach solutions, NT Cloud PRO is designed with built-in flexibility, ease-of-use and cutting-edge features.

Other milestones

In addition, the latest version of Enreach Meetings (renamed by different brands in the group) has recently been rolled out within Europe, with a series of enhancements being progressively added. So far, these have included Stickers — designed to add a fun dimension to meetings — and improvements that help users manage their reachability. Designed specifically for SMBs, Enreach Meetings is accessible from any web browser, without any need to download additional software. Created with mobility in mind, Enreach Meetings can also be used on tablets and smartphones, without requiring an app to be installed. It also integrates seamlessly with other business apps.

Enreach’s OSS/BSS solution is also being rolled out to other parts of the group, to help local partners easily provision, sell and support products within the Enreach portfolio from a single online portal. Features include: customer, portfolio and service management; personalized branding; a hardware webshop; a service order wizard; online postcode check; and a customer service tool including ticketing.

Another project is to integrate the cloud contact center technology within in the group, to make it available to several countries across Europe.

According to Martin Classen, CPO of Enreach; “Every integration milestone brings us closer to the goal of offering the most complete UCaaS one-stop-shop in Europe, to benefit service providers, reseller partners and SMB users”.

Koen van Geffen, CTO of Enreach: “Our cloud platform is made from a selection of best-of-breed technologies that seamlessly integrate for the best user experience. Thanks to the synergies between all the products in the group, we are able to quickly deploy new functionality and make it available to a growing number of countries and users”.

HeroBase sells its proprietary software, Hero Outbound, to over 175 clients in 8 countries and processes more than 250 million calls per year.

Full cloud contact centre offering
Stijn Nijhuis, CEO of Enreach: "The acquisition of HeroBase is further proof of our buy-and-build strategy to develop into a unified communications market leader in Europe. Looking for a full cloud contact centre offering, we decided that adding HeroBase was the perfect fit following our latest acquisition of masvoz, the number one B2B cloud communications provider in Spain. Together, they instantly create a leading ‘one-stop shop’ cloud contact centre solution for Enreach customers across Europe. We are therefore very pleased to welcome HeroBase to our group."

Multichannel sales experts
HeroBase offers a unique proposition of smart, flexible and multichannel sales solutions for medium to large enterprises and will operate independently while benefitting from the strong synergies of the bigger group. The company will carry on being based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Casper Langhoff, CEO of the company, will continue to work with the business going forward alongside his experienced management team.

Casper said: "In recent years we have achieved consistent growth and successfully enhanced our product offering. The acquisition of HeroBase by Enreach is a strategic and well-considered decision that will not only help facilitate our customers’ growth, but also the growth of the entire group in the area of contact centres. A good example is the immediate synergies between HeroBase and masvoz to sell its cloud contact center solutions and our marketing automation and sales software.“

HeroBase was founded in 2016 and has since followed an ambitious growth strategy, adding marketing automation tools to its portfolio with the acquisition of CampaignOne in 2018 and entering both the Swedish and Finnish markets. HeroBase also successfully launched its integrated payments service, Hero Payments, in 2018. With a headcount of 40 employees, Herobase is today in a strong position to support growth of outbound communications, through its full GDPR-compliant solution, which integrates all communication flows and supports a deeper engagement with customers.

news-981 Mon, 15 Jun 2020 11:08:00 +0200 WebRTC-based Swyx Meeting now with up to 25 video participants in grid view The cloud service now offers new functions in order to improve collaboration in companies. Unified Communications specialist Swyx has further improved its collaboration solution Swyx Meeting: the cloud service now offers new functions and thus even more possibilities to improve collaboration in companies.

The new grid view shows up to 25 videos simultaneously on the screen during a meeting. This allows all participants to see each other throughout the entire meeting. Depending on the number of participants, the format of the videos is optimally displayed. Users can also flexibly decide by "drag and drop" which video they want to see where. If a participant who is not transmitting video speaks, the name and an icon are displayed on the screen instead.

In addition, the "active speaker" view will be available soon, showing the video of the currently speaking participant in full screen mode. This view is particularly suitable for one-to-one conversations and meetings with few participants, while the grid view is ideal for meetings with many participants. Other Swyx Meeting enhancements include the ability for users to see even more clearly and quickly whether they or other participants are muted and to unmute them if necessary.

Video Meetings, Chat and Screen Sharing

Swyx Meeting offers everything users need to successfully exchange information with people in other locations: they can easily organise web conferences with up to 25 internal and external participants, communicate via video, send messages in private or group chat, share their screen and exchange files. The WebRTC-based collaboration solution enables online meetings directly from the browser of a computer, mobile phone or tablet, without participants having to install any software or app. It is also possible to dial-in by telephone if a participant does not have internet access. Swyx Meeting is undergoing continuous development to enable Swyx partners to offer their customers even greater flexibility and functionality.

news-967 Mon, 06 Apr 2020 11:30:00 +0200 New Swyx Version 12.10 improves teamwork and customer service The newest version of the Swyx communication solution is now available and offers an improved messenger and much more. The new version 12.10 of the Swyx communication solution is now available and offers an improved messenger among other things. Additionally, the UC provider introduces a new licensing model making it even easier for resellers to successfully sell Swyx products.

With version 12.10 Swyx is launching a new and improved Messenger in a modern design. In addition to sending and receiving messages in one-to-one or group chats, it offers users numerous other features for fast, uncomplicated exchange with their colleagues. Thanks to the seamless integration into the Swyx Unified Communications solution, the chat can be started quickly, and user profiles and status information are transferred directly. The instant messaging functions are available in all clients and can be used on mobile devices without any restrictions. Notifications are synchronised across all clients. Sent and received messages are retained even after Swyx is closed and can be read when the Messenger is started again.

In addition, Swyx has further improved the support of certified Yealink end devices in its product portfolio, so that these can now also be configured for so-called hot desking: Multiple users who share a workstation can thus use a single phone by logging in with their personal access data when they start work. Furthermore, the call list of the Yealink phones is now automatically synchronised with the Swyx call journal and users can choose which number is sent, for example to transmit a central number instead of their own extension for outgoing calls.

The Swyx Connector for Notes option, which links the HCL (previously IBM/Lotus) Notes platform with the Swyx solution, now also supports versions as of Notes 10 and Domino Server 11.

VisualGroups offers even more features

Swyx has also made further improvements to its VisualGroups queue management tool. The latest version 1.5 offers even more features to increase efficiency and service quality in the management of high call volumes. These include a callback function to improve customer satisfaction, the ability to categorise calls by manually assigning keywords and the optional deactivation of call distribution. The VisualGroups wallboard function has been enhanced with an overview that shows the current status of all agents for up to four queues at a glance.

Simplified licensing model

Swyx has further improved and simplified its licensing model. From now on, the Basic, Professional and Premium function profiles introduced as part of the Swyx Flex rental model are now also available when purchasing Swyx licenses. The uniform model makes it easier for resellers to prepare offers and enables them to offer their customers packages that are optimally tailored to their specific requirements.

"With the latest enhancements to our solution and the innovations around the distribution of Swyx products, we have further improved our offering for partners. The unified licensing model for purchase and lease means that our partners can easily address the most specific customer requirements, creating the ideal conditions to attract even more customers –especially in the current situation, when a high degree of financial flexibility is important for many companies," said Marco Crueger, Vice President Sales at Swyx.

news-875 Thu, 23 Jan 2020 10:00:00 +0100 A powerful team: Swyx offers comprehensive telephony functions with Microsoft Teams Swyx connects its communications solution with Microsoft Teams, offering users even greater functionality and flexibility.

Swyx has created an intelligent link between its own communications solution and Microsoft Teams. "By bringing Swyx and Microsoft Teams together, we are ensuring that our partners can address even more customer groups and their requirements. Companies that use Microsoft Teams but want to use Swyx's additional telephony functions for their communications can rely on the optimal interoperability of existing Swyx and Microsoft products. Ease of configuration, extensive contact centre functionality and support for DECT devices and desk phones are just some of the features that make our solution so valuable for both telephony and collaboration-focused users," said Marco Crueger, VP Sales at Swyx.

Using a Microsoft certified Session Border Controller (SBC), Swyx enables Teams users to make calls via the telephone network and provides them with proven Swyx functions such as Extended Call Routing (ECR). Detailed rules for handling incoming calls can be defined, for example, when a call is to be forwarded to a specific colleague, another department, to a mailbox or a mobile phone. Users also benefit from the integration possibilities of the Swyx solution, which can be connected to CRM or ERP systems, for example. This offers companies a perfect combination of the central work platform of Microsoft Teams and the powerful, customisable communication solution from Swyx.

Customers who rely on Swyx and Microsoft Teams are free to choose their preferred SIP trunk provider. This makes the solution ideal for businesses that want to keep their existing telecommunications provider.

Swyx is part of Enreach, the fast-growing European UC provider with a mission to give businesses access to the best communication and collaboration tools with an easy, user-centric interface built around their specific needs and systems. By offering Microsoft Teams integration Enreach puts powerful features in reach of every business, no matter the industry or size. To tailor all market specific needs Enreach will shortly launch Microsoft Teams integrations in other European businesses.

Press release
news-860 Mon, 16 Dec 2019 10:56:00 +0100 Swyx releases version 12: Improved design, new redundancy concept and feature enhancements for its VisualGroups queue management The new version 12 of the Swyx communication solution is now available with a new design of its Windows client and updates to the Swyx VisualGroups queue management tool.

The release of version 12 brings a new, fresh design to the Windows client. Users now have even more interfaces to choose from, so they can adapt them optimally to their specific needs. Swyx has also integrated a new redundancy concept for automatic failover and a monitoring service based on standardised virtualisation mechanisms ensures maximum availability.

Secure VPN-less connections in the home office

In addition, the certified Yealink end devices, which have recently become part of the Swyx product portfolio, are optimally supported. For example, employees in the home office can be securely integrated into their company's communications environment without having to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN). Yealink telephones can also be integrated into the corporate network via port authentication according to IEEE 802.1x. Swyx thus offers an authentication method for the highest security requirements.

Improved customer service with VisualGroups

At the same time as the version 12 release there is an update of its VisualGroups queue management tool. With VisualGroups 1.4, each contact centre agent can individually adjust the after call work time. In addition to administrators and users there is now the new role of queue supervisor that gives the ability to add users to groups and edit queue settings. The new ‘last agent routing’ feature allows companies to further improve their customer service so that if customers call repeatedly, their call can be routed directly to the same agent they previously spoke to and do not need to describe their request again.

Enhanced statistical reporting capabilities in the queue management tool now make it even easier to monitor service quality. Swyx relies on the UC Analytics specialist aurenz for comprehensive reporting. Swyx Analytics 12 allows the call data generated with VisualGroups to be fully evaluated. The range of management information includes key figures on service quality, performance of groups and agents, average and maximum waiting times and measuring results and trends of specific periods. With Swyx Analytics' ready-made dashboards, managers can view all important data at any time and thus further increase their company's telephone availability.

Swyx partners can find further information about the product news in the Swyx Partner Net.

news-853 Tue, 01 Oct 2019 12:39:00 +0200 We will rock you: Swyx excites at its Partner Conference with new products and attractive offers for resellers Swyx rocks its Partner and Technology Conference 2019: The new version 12 of Swyx‘s communication solution, a simplified licensing model and an exclusive insight into the strategy of the unified communications provider and its partner companies were among the highlights of the event programme.

Under the theme WE WILL ROCK YOU, Swyx prepared a varied mix of novelties and background information, lectures and interactive discussions, exhibitions and networking, not only to inform its partners, but above all to inspire them. The extraordinary atmosphere in Essen's Colosseum Theater, one of the most spectacular industrial monuments in the Ruhr area, provided the perfect setting for exciting insights into the latest developments at Swyx.

New version with fresh design and powerful messenger

At the event, Swyx gave the first preview of the new version 12 of its communication solution, which will already be available in November. The release brings a new design to the Windows client. Users can choose from a variety of available user interfaces for the requirements of different user groups. In addition, Version 12 offers a new redundancy concept for automatic failover based on standardised virtualisation mechanisms, which ensures maximum availability with a monitoring service. With improved support for certified Yealink end devices, which are now also part of the Swyx product portfolio, employees in the home office can be securely integrated into a company's communications environment without having to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN). In future, Swyx will also be able to integrate Yealink terminals into the network via IEEE 802.1x port authentication, providing an authentication method that meets the highest security requirements.

With the release of version 12.10, which is already planned for the beginning of 2020, a new messenger will also be available. In the future, Swyx's instant messaging functions will be available in all clients and can also be used without any restrictions on mobile devices.

There was also great interest in a showcase on the integration possibilities of artificial intelligence that Swyx had prepared for the event. Using the example of a visit report that sales staff create to document customer visits, Swyx demonstrated how typical workflows can be made even more efficient using an AI-based chatbot. Instead of laboriously entering customer appointment details manually on returning to the office or home office, the sales employee can simply pass them on in a conversation - for example, during the car trip directly after the customer visit. The intelligent Swyx Chatbot requests all relevant information and immediately adds it to the CRM system.

In addition to the new products, Swyx presented a simplified licensing model. The unified communications provider is planning a uniform licensing model for all delivery models. The Basic, Professional and Premium function profiles introduced a few months ago as part of the Swyx Flex rental model will therefore also be available as part of the purchase model in the future. This makes it easier for resellers to prepare offers and promotes sales, as they can convince their customers with packages that are optimally tailored to their needs.

New growth opportunities, close cooperation

Another central theme of the event was the outlook for the future of the Swyx Group and the benefits that resellers will reap as the group expands. With immediate effect, the fast-growing group will rebrand to Enreach and underline its claim to leadership in the European unified communications market with the new umbrella brand. "The new brand identity shows that we have grown together as a group of companies. The common name is an expression of our efforts to offer our partners and customers even better solutions in the future, combining the bundled expertise of the entire group," says Marco Crueger, VP Sales at Swyx. "Our partners can continue to rely on the trust and cooperation that has been the foundation of Swyx's success from the company's beginnings.”

Closer cooperation within the group will provide sales partners with a significantly expanded product and service portfolio that will enable them to win new customers and increase sales to existing customers. This year, Swyx has already launched a number of new products developed by the UC provider together with its sister company Voiceworks, such as the collaboration tool Swyx Meeting and the Swyx Flex rental model. At the Swyx Partner and Technology Conference, Voiceworks also introduced Coligo, a public cloud product for small enterprises that opens up further growth opportunities for Swyx partners. A key factor for partners is the Operator Online ordering and administration portal, which was launched a few months ago and was explained in detail at the event. In the future, partners will not only be able to purchase Swyx, but also products from other companies in the group via the platform.

Partner Awards

The Partner and Technology Conference 2019 ended with the presentation of the Swyx Partner Awards, which resellers receive for outstanding achievements. New this year was the category Swyx Flex Champion: BEU:com received the title as well as a one-time advertising subsidy of 5,000 Euro. The ICT system house from Hagen, Germany, generated the highest revenues with the Swyx Flex rental model introduced in April. The customer Adelholzener Alpenquellen GmbH received a special prize because Swyx broke the one million user barrier with it in 2019: The millionth user is one of a total of 400 Swyx users at Adelholzener.

news-843 Tue, 09 Jul 2019 12:09:58 +0200 Swyx celebrates peak: One million users rely on the Unified Communications provider’s solutions Swyx has set a new record: More than one million users are now using the Unified Communications solutions of the Dortmund-based company.

One reason for the success of the fast-growing UC provider is the high flexibility of its communication solution. It can be tailored to individual requirements and offers a uniform range of functions across all variants and deployment forms. This means that each customer can optimally cover his needs and flexibly decide whether to use Swyx as an on-premises solution, from a public or private cloud or as part of a hybrid model.

"We are proud to have broken the one million user barrier. We reached this milestone because we continue to develop our communications solution and always have the needs of our midmarket customers in mind. Another important engine of our growth is the trusting cooperation with our channel partners, whom we support with a comprehensive range of services in their day-to-day business," summarises Swyx Managing Director Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus.

The millionth user: Adelholzener relies on Swyx

The millionth user is one of a total of 400 Swyx users at Adelholzener Alpenquellen GmbH in Chiemgau in southern Germany. The traditional company, whose trademarks include Active O2 as well as Adelholzener, is one of the most successful producers of mineral and medicinal water and soft drinks in Germany. Adelholzener chose Swyx to make its communication fit for the future. The future-proof solution of the Dortmund-based provider scored with its comprehensive telephony and unified communications functionality and its simple administration, which is taken over by the Adelholzener IT department. Thanks to Swyx, Adelholzener can now make its communication processes much more efficient and at the same time improve accessibility, for example for customers calling the service centre. a key Another key factor in the decision was also Telenova GmbH's high level of competence. The long-standing Swyx Gold Partner supports Adelholzener in all questions concerning the installation, implementation and maintenance of the new communication solution. "Swyx and Telenova convinced us in every respect in the selection process. We are confident that we have found a communications solution that not only meets our current but also future requirements," says project manager Jürgen Holmer, Adelholzener.
