With Microsoft Teams outbound calling is now as simple as with your Swyx telephony system. Reach your customers at their regular office phone number with ease. Make outbound calls using your office phone number. We integrate your Swyx telephony system via SIP trunk, so you have all the advantages of the MS Teams client AND all the features of your SwyxWare telephony system. By doing so you are securing your former investments without having to invest in new hardware. Log in/out of Teams users in Contact Center groups

  • Provision of all known Contact Center features like post processing time, pause, supervisor functionality, ... with Teams
  • Delivery of queued calls to Teams agents and Swyx users according to the delivery method set in the corresponding queue

Status-Sync From Teams To SwyxWare

We are all aware of this problem, on the one hand you have a SwyxWare or NetPhone telephony system and on the other hand you have companies using Microsoft Teams to communicate with customers or their employees. While being in a phone or video call in Teams, you are unable to see whether your colleague is busy in Teams, unless you manually set your status to DND in the SwyxIt! client. There is no need to do so with our solution "Status snyc for MS Teams", because it will happen automatically. With this solution, you do not need a complete integration of your Swyx telephony system with MS Teams via SIP trunk.
