Known issues
The TAPI Service Provider (TSP) is not completely installed. Workaround:
In Control panel, Phone and Modem, tab Advanced, click Add, select SwyxIt! TAPI Service Provider, click Add and close dialog woth OK.
If TAPI Clients still cannot communicate with SwyxIt! your have to change COM-Permissions:
Start dcomcnfg.exe wuth administrative rights
Right-click on clmgr, which can be found at Component services, Computers, My Computer, DCOM-Config
On property page Security at Launch and Activation permissions and at Access permission grant Local Activation and Local Access to account Network Service and close the dialog with OK.
Restart service TapiSrv and SwyxIt!.
tel: und callto: URLs registration seems to be different in Windows 8. E.g. Google Chrome reacts on tel: URis even if SwyxIt! has been installed after Chrome. So solution
SwyxIt! does not play ring tones. No solution
