The client supports the RIM v5.0.xdevices. A list with tested devices is provided by the KB article SwyxIt! Mobile - compatibility list (kb3594) .

For devices with RIM version 4.x please continue to use the Client version 7.00, which still can be downloaded from the Swyx Download area as well.

Unfortunately there is one known issue with the Call Journal of the BlackBerry. The client is not able to modify the entries for outgoing calls towards the Mobile Extension Manager. Therefore the Call Journal of the BlackBerry shows the number of the Mobile Extension Manager instead of the number of the called partner. This issue is caused by a problem of the current RIM SDK. As soon as RIM provides an update of the SDK Swyx will address this problem with a new client version.
