At SwyxPhones L420s/L440/L520s/L540 an "Acoustic Adapter" needs to be installed in addition into an option-bay below the phone. SwyxPhones L640/L660/L680 already include DHSG support, therefore no Acoustic Adapter is required. For other SwyxPhone models DHSG is not possible, here you can just use a normal RJ11 cable but then must accept the call at the SwyxPhone itself.
