Product Manager (m/f/d)

You care about understanding our customers' needs, love solving problems and are open to new and innovative ideas. Your task is to bridge the gap between "problem" and "solution space" (i. e. between product management & development) and you are responsible for clarifying and defining market requirements and assigning functionalities to product releases. As a member of the product management team, you are the primary link between the stakeholders and the product owner of the agile Scrum teams. This position includes working closely with (in- and external) development teams, partners, product architects and other key stakeholders including our customers.

• Help define the future of our Unified Communications & Collaboration solutions for small and medium-sized businesses by defining the product strategy and products derived from it together with your colleagues and defining the corresponding requirements.
• Create and maintain short and medium-term product roadmaps, make or prepare product decisions and build consensus with all stakeholders on strategic product features, architecture and technology selection.
• Support development by translating business requirements into technical requirements that are consistent with the product roadmap and orientation (e. g. by working with product owners to define and prioritize user stories and other backlog items) and release planning.
• Track, monitor and control the implementation of products and analyze their success / performance.
• Support product launch and lifecycle management by providing product information and presentations and provide the main interface to other teams such as sales, presales, marketing and support.
• Act as an interface between product management and 3rd party hardware & software vendors and partners.

• The desire and interest to design outstanding products as well as enthusiasm and a good feeling for products and user experience.
• A broad understanding of relevant products, technologies and trends & benchmarks in the market - i. e. a well-founded understanding of what is happening "under the hood".
• A well founded knowledge of agile software development as well as a good technical understanding of the communication with our development team.
• The ability to work independently, to lead our development teams in terms of content and to present technically complex issues (e. g. for management) in an understandable way.
• Extensive professional experience in a product management role, preferably in the areas of Internet/Cloud or Unified Communications.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple challenging projects in a fast moving and constantly changing environment.
• A track record of success in managing the content of dedicated development teams and the introduction of new products. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with a very good command of English and German.
