Even better together: New Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams
With the integration of Swyx into Microsoft Teams, users can now use the telephony functions of Swyx directly from the Microsoft Teams user interface.
Instead of having to switch from one solution to another while working, users can now access key functions such as the central phonebook, call lists and contact favourites quickly, as well as control end devices directly from the Teams client.
Enable your employees to collaborate successfully! Whether you are looking for a complete Unified Communications and Collaboration solution or rely on Microsoft Teams as internal collaboration tool, but looking to boost your external communications efficient and service-oriented with Swyx telephony functions.
Swyx also enables presence synchronisation between the two solutions. If a user is in a Teams meeting, the Swyx Client will take over the "busy" or "do not disturb" status so that incoming calls can be automatically diverted.
Improved use of DECT800
In addition, the latest version offers further improvements and new functions for users of the DECT800 solution including new phone book search options and new possibilities for call journal synchronization as well as one-touch provisioning. Further advantages: Display of created favorites in SwyxIt! directly on their mobile device, no feature codes but simple menu navigation and call pick-up.
